Copper Beech Candles does not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds on any items sold in the online store.
Damaged during shipping: Should you receive a candle container that is broken, you can receive one replacement free of charge. In order to receive your replacement candle, you must send an email with a photo of the broken candle container (with label showing) within 24 hours of delivery.

Wax Cracking: Because 100% soy candles are very likely to have minor flaws on the surface of the candle after forming, cracking and even holes in the surface of a candle are NOT considered damages. The candle will still burn when lit properly. Many candles from Copper Beech Candles will have small imperfections at the top.
Why no returns or exchanges?
Simply because handmade candles take time and effort to produce at the level of quality offered by Copper Beech Candles. Returns, exchanges, and refunds because a customer “doesn’t like” a scent would make it very difficult to offer the level of service Copper Beech Candles hopes to provide.
